odave c23dd4ed86 ~setup lock and bg variables in i3 ...

$bg is the background command using feh, and is a random item from the
backgrounds folder

$lock is the i3lock command I use. Uses a png from locksreens folder,
and also sets a colour in case the lockscreen image is not present.
