(Emacs)~split SPC i into a prefix

=counsel-unicode-char= has been bound to "<leader> ic" which allows
me to use TeX and other unicode symbols without switching to the TeX
keyboard.  =yas-insert-snippet= has been bound to "<leader> ii"
