(Emacs)~evil-window-vsplit -> make-frame
Now fset all evil-window-vsplit calls with make-frame. Also call
switch-buffer when creating new frames. The reason for this decision
was that I use a tiling window manager, which is something I can take
off the shoulders of Emacs and onto my wm.
